Returns & Cancellations
Items may be returned for a credit only if the item is defective, we must be notified within 24 hours of your receipt of the item that you wish to return it for a credit. The item must be returned to us within 5 days of the initial request to return. The original label must be used and marked "return to sender" as we do not credit return shipping. Upon receipt of the item, provided it is returned in the same condition in which it was sent, and under the terms described, we will issue a refund via store credit or credit the original payment method.
We only accept returns if items are defective, once an item has been worn and or removed from original packaging it will not be accepted for a return.
Orders may be cancelled if a request to do so is submitted and acknowledged by Donna's Bling Queens, within one hour of placing the order. Cancellations received after one hour of placing the order, can be refunded provided the items have not shipped, however there will be a 15% restocking fee deducted from the refund.
Orders marked as "Shipped" can not be cancelled. We are not responsible for packages lost or undelivered by USPS. This promotion applies only to the 48 contiguous states and does not include Alaska, Hawaii or military bases.
